Activated carbon filter ACF
An activated carbon filter is used to remove hydrogen sulphide, siloxanes and other organic impurities from the biogas. This is important because these substances reduce the quality of the biogas and cause damage to gas engines or processing plants.
With the EnvironTec activated carbon filter these impurities can be reduced, thus guaranteeing safe operation. The use of activated carbon filters extends the service life of gas engines.
The tripod installation and special design of the gas inlet result in an even distribution of the gas flow, which leads to better utilization of the activated carbon and at the same time significantly reduces operating costs.
- Tripod installation for service-friendly removal of used coal
- Multi-chamber system, which leads to a better utilization of the carbon filling
- Several sampling connections for monitoring the activated carbon load
- Tank insulation, initial carbon filling, air dosing device and gas flow heating optional
- Made of stainless steel 1.4404 – pickled inside and outside in an immersion bath
- Made in Austria
