As part of a targeted service assignment, a specialist from Bilgeri Environtec was on site at the WWTP Tampere wastewater treatment plant in Finland 24 hours after the service request to provide professional support for the commissioning of an FAII 1000 gas flare and to set central system parameters.
The system, built in 2022, is equipped with an FAII 1000 including pilot burner and a DM 1800 double diaphragm gas cylinder. The maximum combustion capacity is 1,200 Nm³/h at 25 mbar. The aim of the service call was to set the working parameters for the initial operation of the gas flare, to check and adjust the overpressure protection of the double diaphragm gas accumulator and to check and fine-tune the relevant control parameters.
Another focus was on training employees at the wastewater treatment plant in order to ensure safe, efficient and long-term stable operation of the plant. Thanks to the direct on-site support, all relevant settings could be optimally adapted to the local operating conditions.
The service assignment in Tampere underlines Bilgeri Environtec’s claim to support operators of sewage treatment and biogas plants not only with high-quality technology, but also with competent, fast and practical service over the entire life cycle of the plants.
