At the TERRENERGIES 360 biogas plant in Gommiers – a district of Terminiers, south of Paris – there were signal fluctuations in the area of the UV sensor of the installed emergency gas flare.
Bilgeri Environtec reacted quickly and supported the customer directly on site: Our service technician René Krebs analyzed the situation, checked the sensors and made specific adjustments to ensure stable and safe system operation.
The system was delivered in December 2024 and included an FAII 1500 emergency gas flare including blower, supplemented by an upgrade from a pneumatic to an electric valve (DN150) and a pilot burner.
The deployment once again underlines our commitment to supporting customers as partners even after commissioning and to solving technical issues efficiently and practically. Reliable signal monitoring is a central component of the operational safety of biogas plants – and it is therefore important to provide rapid and competent support when needed.
