For biogas plant operators, one thing matters most in an emergency: fast and expert support. That’s exactly what EnvironTec demonstrated once again during a recent service call in France. Within just 24 hours, service technician René Krebs was on site at a biogas plant operated by long-time customer Methalac in Malay-le-Grand.
The visit included not only the professional installation of a BJ Methane ATEX motor valve, but also practical training for the plant personnel. This combination of technical service and knowledge transfer ensures that new components are installed safely, operated efficiently and maintained correctly in the future.
