EnvironTec on-site at the biogas plant in Malay-le-Grand within 24 hours
The Bitterfeld-Wolfen joint sewage treatment plant (Saxony-Anhalt) has been relying on solutions from Bilgeri EnvironTec for over a decade – once again confirming its trust in the technology and the partnership. An FAII500 gas flare has been in reliable operation since 2011 and ensures the safe utilization of excess gases.
In September 2025, a new FAII 750 high-temperature flare was put into operation. With a combustion capacity of 750 Nm³/h and a heat output of around 6.0 MW, the system strengthens operational safety and ensures low-emission gas utilization.
A particular challenge in this project was the installation at a height of 14 meters, which entailed special static requirements. The Bilgeri-EnvironTec engineering team realized the implementation through tailor-made planning and precise execution – an example of the company’s technical expertise and practical project support.
The project clearly shows that long-term partnerships are built on trust, quality and innovation. The continuous cooperation between operator and technology partner forms the basis for stable and safe system operation – even with increasing requirements and complex framework conditions.
