PTAR Las Esclusas improves operational safety and energy generation at the wastewater treatment plant.
A new FAII100 emergency gas flare from Bilgeri Environtec was installed and successfully commissioned at the Vyskov wastewater treatment plant (Czech Republic) in September.
The flare has a combustion capacity of around 100 Nm³/h (700 kW) and ensures the safe and low-emission utilization of excess gas volumes from the wastewater treatment process.

The installation in Vyskov is an example of the versatility of FAII flares: they are used where excess gas – for example during operating phases such as start-ups, maintenance or consumer accidents – needs to be safely utilized.
